Lack of cleanliness and cleaning protocol. Dirty shower cubicle with lots of hair and fur. On arrival, the toilet bowl remained open in the cubicle. Lots of hair on some pillows. A sheet on the bunk bed was dirty. The floor of the room was not vacuumed. This room was catastrophic in terms of cleanliness. We had asked for a baby bed but they no longer had any. Fortunately, we had the right number of towels to cover our pillows and sheets. Very disappointing

Breakfast is a bit poor

It was good except that the door seal which needs to be changed

It was under construction the whole time. There were so many construction workers coming and going both morning and night that I couldn't keep the curtains open. The table and chairs I needed were small, but I was glad they were there. Everything in the room was clean and had no smell.
