3-Star Hotels in La Spezia

We booked 2 nights with breakfast included. We were 2 adults with our 16 year-old daughter. The room is comfortable and it has all you need and won't break the bank. The staff was really helpful and suggested a great restaurant for the first night. The location is awesome, being right above the train station, it makes it perfect for a day trip to Cinque Terre. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea and some complimentary cookies. There is storage for your clothes (armoire). There is a common room with 2 loveseats and books to borrow/take/exchange. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for us, but good to know in advance. Communication with the staff in advance was great and they were helpful to get us there easily. We also booked for breakfast. They give you a voucher for a coffee shop one street over for a coffee and croissant. The place and staff was great. The croissant was really tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

Questo è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare, le camere sono molto confortevoli, pulite e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e in uno stile moderno. Vorrei anche sottolineare che le camere hanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e anche di più per il tuo soggiorno, non devi pensare a portare con te asciugamani, sapone o shampoo, tutto questo è nella stanza. Puoi anche bere il tè in camera e guardare la TV prima di andare a letto, poiché tutto questo è disponibile, e se ti piace svegliarti con una tazza di delizioso caffè o cioccolata calda, avrai l'opportunità di prepararti un caffè senza uscire la tua stanza, così come in quanto vi è una macchina per il caffè in camera. quadrifoglio guest house si trova vicino alla stazione, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, 10 minuti a piedi, comodissimo per spostarsi in treno per visitare posti bellissimi come le 5 terre, Portofino, Pisa, e 15 minuti per il centro di La Spezia . Voglio esprimere la mia profonda gratitudine al proprietario della casa per l'ospitalità e la calorosa accoglienza nella vostra casa. Questi sono i migliori appartamenti in Italia in cui abbia mai soggiornato, io e mia figlia siamo molto felici di aver avuto l'opportunità di farvi visita. ❤️🌸

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was available until 8PM. They had a great location right next to the train and within walking distance of a great nightlife and restaurants. La Spezia is a cute city. It's only a 7 minute train ride to Cinque Terra villages. The shower needs a door, but was spacious and had warm water. I did experience some problems with vaping/ electronic cigarette smoking on site. Unfortunately, some of it seemed to be coming from the cleaning crew. Hotels really need to understand how bad this problem is and how negatively it affects guests, especially people with asthma.

Check-in process was easy. An older lady served us and she was super friendly even with her broken English. Hotel felt like your own home; comfortable and quiet eventhough it’s located on a road directly opposite La Spezia train station. There’s a direct access with either stairs or elevator to the train station by just crossing the road. La Spezia train station is the direct access if you want to go to Cinque Terre and visit all of those 5 villages…very easy! Hotel management runs by family. There was this younger guy served us and I think he’s the son of the family. One night we’ve arrived late and he allowed us to use the restaurant to sit down and eat our takeaway food. He gave us hot water to make tea and also allowed us to use the microwave. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Room set up was just like a normal room in a house…we felt like home. We were very happy during our stay. Definitely will comeback in the future.

This is a super clean, well situated boutique hotel just outside the center of La Spezia. Parking is easy, as is access to Porto Venere by car. Included breakfast is plentiful, Italian style. Ask for front rooms, although there is some street noise by day. Proprietor Emiliano is helpful in every way. For driving to Porto Venere: keep driving into the town via the one-way system; if the parking garage is 'completo' (full), keep going and head back out of town; grab the first blue-line space you see; if still no luck, loop around and head back into town looking for a blue-line space.

Decisamente oltre ogni aspettativa. Camera ideale per ogni tipo di turismo, estremamente pulita e curata nel dettaglio. Ottima l'attenzione alle richieste del singolo. Ciò che rende questo soggiorno perfetto è la location, a 270 metri dalla stazione che facilita sia chi vuole utilizzarlo come punto di partenza per andare alle Cinque Terre (al massimo 25 minuti di treno per Monterosso) che per chi vuole rimanere a La Spezia. Il risveglio in questo soggiorno, coccolati dalla vista della città, ti trasporta all'interno del libro ”Camera con vista” di E.M. Forster.

The location of the hotel is better than what you have seen on the tourist reviews you saw earlier. Looking outside is very common, the car opened into the hotel and found that the hotel is still very good, and can also park for free. The hotel lobby looks very warm, good! The room is quite standard and will not be detailed. Finally, if you want to go to the Cinque Terre to take the train, the hotel can take the bus to the train station.

We could not have had a better experience in La Spezia. There are not many hotels in the area and it was great. It is very close to the Cinque Terre train station. The hosts were amazing and made the trip special with excellent restaurant recommendations and parking arrangements. The micro hotel is in a big old building but when you arrive the rooms are big and comfortable. The only drawback was the very small old elevator which we used to transport our luggage.
