"I chose to stay at this hotel because I was going to Cinque Terre. The hotel isn't far from the station, but the road in front of it isn't very wide, so be careful of traffic. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly; if the bottled water in the room ran out, just tell them and someone will bring it right away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices, and I would recommend it."

"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable!
Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs.

"The location is not bad, close to the city hall and the old police station, diagonally opposite the cathedral, CBD, 5 minutes walk to the pier, a little far from the train station, 20 minutes walk, from the decoration to the courtesy is close to the domestic four-star hotel, we may have booked it late, the room is on the 2nd floor, the area is relatively small, the suitcases cannot be unfolded, the comfort is OK, if you are lucky, you can park downstairs, from 8:30 in the morning to 5 pm or something, 1.5 euros per hour, the underground parking lot next door is 18 euros for 24 hours, ask the front desk for the parking card and insert it into the entrance machine to activate it, the safety factor is beyond words, overall there is no pit, it is a good choice"

"The room was a bit small. When showering, only cold water had normal pressure; the warm or hot water pressure was extremely weak, making it take ages to rinse off the soap. If shower water pressure isn't a major concern for you, the nearby Carrefour is very convenient. The property has multiple entrances. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, but I genuinely cannot recommend the room."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit."

"Although the room still used a traditional key to open the door, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a kettle, tea bags, and toiletries. It was a 2-minute walk from Huodong Station, which was perfect for our Cinque Terre itinerary the next day!"

It was simply the best travel experience we’ve ever had. We chose this brand-new hotel for our honeymoon, and Cristina and Nicolo did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Liguria, with its open-hearted people, fantastic sea views/nature, and calm way of life, is perfect for a romantic trip. We will keep the memories of Villa dei Poeti and Liguria with us forever. Hopefully, one day we’ll return to this place and these people.

Anna ValerievnaI would like to express my gratitude to Mariselle and Ilaria for the hospitality! We left Naples and our train was cancelled, we got very hard, and arrived very hard at midnight. Maristella was in touch all the time, wrote a very, very detailed instruction on how to enter the room, left the keys. When we settled at 2:00 a.m., we felt like we were back home. Grecale room was very comfortable, comfortable bed and snowy clothes. Cleaning was every day, hot water went well, air conditioner worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is very successful, from the main station of the minutes 15-20 on foot, we basically walked. The common area was a teapot with tea bags and capsule coffee. On the day of departure nearby no shop worked and we were unable to buy a bus ticket. Thanks to Ilaria, who kindly agreed to buy us an online ticket. Very cozy home hotel, we have a good rest. I would recommend it. Sound isolation is good.

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way
I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine.
There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage.

As a transit hotel to Cinque Terre, the price is good. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware, it is very convenient to make some favorite food yourself. The landlord, Mr. Emmanuel, is very patient and is very useful for our parking reference.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

Good hotel, 5 minutes from train station to get into Cinque Terre. Off road parking facilities on site were very convenient and secure and I would recommend booking. Breakfast was the usual fare, OK but not spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but basic but cannot complain about anything

Guest UserThe rooms are on the 0th floor by European standards, so the floor is very cold. The view from the window is onto the inner courtyard-well with a garbage dump - you can't even see what the weather is like outside. Due to the lack of sun and air, the room is very humid, things don't dry at all, due to the cold in the bathroom, moisture condenses right on the walls and there is a layer of water on the floor and walls all over the room. There is a window in the bathroom, but for several days it was never dry there. The heaters didn't work and in September at +22 outside it was cold. I chose it based on good reviews about the owners, but we didn't see them at all for 3 days. The location is good, 10 minutes to the train station, but next time I will definitely look for something else.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
