A very special place to stay.
The most amazing building! Greeted by the owner who shared the history of the house and showed us around. Every room was beautiful and full of history. Our suite was outstanding. Huge bedroom and modern bathroom also separate reading room. We were encouraged to use the library, dining room and sitting room with a beautiful log fire. The owner could not be more welcoming. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great find.
Great welcome by Valerie…… very comfortable, clean and superb bed… excellent nights sleep, bathroom amazing . Very yummy breakfast. Would recommend and will stay there again. Great location just off the A75 south of Clermont Ferrand. Easy to find and secure parking.

Ns avons été très bien accueilli alors que nous n avions pas réservé. La chambre Colette était très confortable, et l endroit est très calme. Nous recommandons cet endroit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et beaucoup de produits maison. Surtout n hésitez pas 🤩

We stopped overnight on our drive home from the Cote d'Azur. Owner Valerie was charming and looked after us so well. The house was atmospheric and welcoming. Three of us stayed in a unique suite: beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. Valerie served the best breakfast of our holiday including homemade clafoutis and preserves: we were happy to linger and we would love to return in future.

Domaine découvert par hasard, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la beauté du cadre, la tranquillité et le charme de la bâtisse alliant caractère de l'ancien et confort du moderne. Un accueil très chaleureux et une hôte aux petits soins pour un séjour court mais dépaysant. Mention spéciale pour les petites curiosités et éléments de décoration.

Geweldige locatie. Prachtig gerenoveerd. Enorm vriendelijke eigenaresse. Heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige tuin en dorpje. Echt een aanrader om te relaxen en bij te komen. Uit 16e eeuw en al vele generaties in dezelfde familie. Echt fantastisch

Our family loved this manor house in a small town near the medieval town of Montpeyroux. Valerie, the owner/host was so welcoming and kind making great suggestions and an amazing breakfast with homemade jams, a fresh breakfast cake and other homemade treats, many from her own garden. The bedrooms are lovely and well appointed with antiques but modern bathrooms so very comfortable. Our stay was quiet, an excellent value and with great memories of strolling in the garden and playing games or reading in the living room. It was like staying at your own private country castle. We would definitely return!
