The service was very good. I felt that the bath towels were not particularly clean, but everything else was good. Breakfast was ordered on the top floor. The view was great and it was delicious. The balcony was very nice to see the sea view, although it was very windy hahahaha

The room facilities are good and very close to the seaside. The hotel has 11 floors and all the rooms face the sea. You can see the sea view from the high enough floors. Each morning Laila, my waitress, was always personable and a joy to have her serve me. She knew I loved my coffee very hot!! Your check in staff was always very helpful. The elevator worried me, as last time I was here someone got stuck. Other than that, a very enjoyable expedience. Charles the bartender remembered me from my last visit, and he was another enjoyable staff member. Just get that elevator fixed.

Room was great. They only have one working elevator. Front desk staff was rude and didn’t give any info on how to use the parking that I purchased or my Hilton honors benefits. Stuff at the parking gates a few items as a result of my being given a code to scan for parking. Hopefully you have a better experience with the front desk than I did. View from room was pretty - had ocean view.

We went to eat at Sea and Sky. Our server Eddie was wonderful! He was so friendly and gave the best service and the food was just as great. Incredible view. Definitely will be coming back!
