An La Jolla village ocean front landmark house upper stair room designed by a famous designer, remodeling recently. Next to the attraction of La Jolla cove. Walking distance to restaurants, museum, beaches, gallery and stores in La Jolla village. It is the best location in La Jolla , but not five star hotel. It is an old cottage style house and remodeled two years ago. If you looking for location, convenience, and oceanfront, here is Perfer for you.
This house is divided into two upstairs and downstairs with its own entrance. The two parts are totally separated except sharing the laundry and garage, as well as air condition temp controller. Both can reserved for the same period of time if both are available. Downstair booking No: 2785651. The garage can fit one SUV or Stand car for each unit . This upperstair room has one parking space no. 2.
However, since this is older house by the ocean, you can hear ocean wave, sometime for laundry nose , upperstair nose or dog nose. In order to make both comfortable, not use the laundry between 10pm to 8am. Please keep quiet between this hours.
Since this is by the ocean, when you check in, you may feel ocean smell, but once you open the window and door, it will gone. Also inside and outside of the house, it may be has some items rushed by ocean braze everyday. Let us know as soon as you found. Again it is not five start hotel for luxury.
This upstair room of the house with its own entrance separated from downstair.
It consists of one high ceiling, spacious bedroom, a full size bathroom, a half simple kitchen, an office area, a balcony and a large deck.
The full size bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The bathtub comes with jacuzzi.
The small kitchen comes with coffer makers, a microwaves, one portable electrical stove. A small refrigerator and a dishwasher with a BBQ stove in one of the patio.
Two people can work in coast view office area which is separated by a wall.
The balcony has 180 degree view of ocean and coast.
The larger patio above the garage has two burners stoves, BBQ stove with two lay down chairs.
Due to the ocean braze and trees, there are some leaves and flowers fall on patio after cleaning , you need to sweep before you use it.

The location of this property is stellar and the views of the ocean are a daily delight. The main room is spacious and light; the balcony is a wonderful spot for breakfast, a glass of wine, or simple contemplation. The property has an unconventional floor plan and some signs of aging. The biggest difficulty for us was manipulating the entry locks. However, the minor problems did not diminish the beauty of living at the La Jolla coast.

Incredible view
The listing is pretty accurate. It’s no 5 star accommodation and understandable with it being an older house. The views are incredible and the location is great. We walked everywhere which was great. For the price, a few simple investments like comfortable patio chairs and an umbrella that works would go a long way. Most are here for the view after all. The interior is fine. Reasonably clean. The comforter had holes and all the furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable, appear dirty and the bed frame is peeling. I also felt a bit uncomfortable that there’s two units and we had access codes to both, which made me think they had the code to our unit as well. Overall, it was a nice stay but 3 days would be my max.

Perfect for a couple getaway

Beautiful and relaxing
We had a lovely stay for 5 nights to celebrate a birthday. The property is in such an amazing location, very fun design, comfortable beds and nice patios. We loved the seagulls that would visit us every day. The ocean view was phenomenal.

We strongly suggest avoiding this property.
Unreliable owner and overpriced accommodation. The Internet, electrical blinds, deck hose, deck umbrella, and heat lamp were all broken. So were many of the manual window shades. The hotplate for cooking was too underpowered to boil water. We fixed the bathroom door so that it would close and replaced batteries in the garage door opener. We asked only that the owner have the Internet restored, which took him several days of our brief stay. In addition, the owner still owes us several hundred dollars in overcharges.

Ocean view
The space was as promised. Not a 5 star hotel but the views were spectacular! We enjoyed being so close to the ocean!!! Would stay here again.
