My recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I booked a room on their website for my stay paying with my debit card. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist insisted I pay again, despite showing proof of payment from my bank account. Eventually, I was given my room, but the receptionist returned shortly afterward, asking for an additional 2.40€ in cash for city tax, which I reluctantly paid. To my dismay, a few days later, I noticed an additional charge on my bank statement, meaning I was double charged for my stay. I’ve reached out to the hotel via emails and phone calls multiple times, but have received no response. The complete lack of communication is deeply frustrating and stressful. As a loyal customer of the Louvre Group, this experience has shattered my trust in their professionalism. I’m still waiting for a refund and proper resolution, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at any Louvre Group hotels in the future.

Room was same style/layout as all P C lodges, very clean, compact and reasonable price. This one is difficult to find without satnav. Breakfast food quality was excellent but limited choices compared with previous stays. WiFi was difficult to log on, complicated password system. Well recommended, I've stayed at many P Cs and always found them clean, convenient and reasonably priced.

N⁰18 persistent noise every 5 seconds, the staff made us change rooms after 1 hour of waiting (1:00 a.m.) And in room N⁰122 the lights were poorly made and one of them did not work. The next day at 9 a.m. we were woken up by a cleaning lady opening our doors without knocking and without even apologizing. Afterwards, a woman at the hotel did not want to refill my son's water bottle.

Hotel right next to the N10, the staff needs to be completely overhauled, especially the cleaning ladies, they insult you, tutoy you, lie to their so-called "boss". The cleaning is not done properly, the rooms are too small and full of bedbugs and other insects. In the distributor you will not find anything for less than 1€50. In short, deplorable hotel, just like its cleaning ladies.

Places to escape... Having found nothing else to get to the Comic Strip Festival, I had reserved 2 rooms. So we had 2 triple rooms: a double bed and a bunk bed across it above ours. The room is cramped and oppressive. The orange wall color seems to come straight from the 70s... uhhh... maybe it is 😅. I'll post some photos, you will judge for yourself €200 for the 2 rooms. I've had much better and cheaper elsewhere. We have to pay twice for the Festival (see notice on the Festival) Ah, I forgot, my children found a sock in the room that didn't belong to them...

Nice hotel but extremely noisy with African weddings and clients of very noisy workers I do not recommend it for your peace of mind I strongly do not recommend it for those who want peace and quiet

Well done. Well-run hotel, decent breakfast and good croissants! Fortunately, because the 1st class standard is getting lower and lower! It's a shame that the work opposite is a bit noisy and that leaving the hotel is complicated.

If you are looking for a hotel on the edge of a 4-lane national road with rooms that are not soundproofed for a ridiculous price, this is the place for you! For a quiet night, it's better to look elsewhere. Otherwise it is clean and properly equipped for sleeping… with traffic jams!!

Night with the family to break the holiday road. A little cold reception on arrival, but phew the person was more relaxed the next morning! Room cleaning not at the top! We wonder if dust and cobwebs are made from time to time?!? No drain in the shower so there is a huge hole, be careful if you have children! And what about the torn and stained shower curtain that is held on by 2 pins! As for breakfast, it's okay, it's correct.

Not great welcome. Lack of grid at the bottom of the shower which caused us to lose jewelry. No hot water!!! Paying €57 a night for not being able to have at least lukewarm water, I don't understand. Moreover, on the "garden" side as it is sold to us, we hear a lot of cars passing by on the main road. Perhaps a first class hotel but still you shouldn't overdo it
