The hotel is very comfortable, clean and located near the entrance and exit of the city and near Matograde where there is a wide variety of restaurants to eat or swallow something. The hotel is located in a quiet and noise-free area, very careful and friendly staff, I recommend 100%.

Big size clean room along with big bathroom and terrace. My husband and I had to work and we needed a reliable wifi ( WiFi was fast and very reliable, never went out). The hotel is located in outskirts, few blocks you can find restaurants, cafes. Take bus #11 in front of Beer factory(located next to the hotel) and takes around the center of city around 15-20 min.

The hotel is located in the city center, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and can call a taxi for you. The room is clean, the Western breakfast included in the room rate is simple and convenient, and it's not too far to walk to the beach. The overall accommodation experience is satisfactory and I would like to consider staying again next time.

The food in La Cluña is really very good. The hotel is a veteran four-star in the town. I live in a suite. The room is very big. Because it is late in the evening, I am not happy to go out to find a restaurant and have dinner at the hotel. There is no one in the restaurant, the food in the restaurant is very good.

We reserved by booking.com and because we were going to arrive late, called to confirm two bedrooms, one twin beds and one double bed. When we arrived there was only twin beds availability. The point is front desk employee was rude saying they couldn’t guarantee double beds because they are high demand, and that he didn’t know what the lady on the phone said or what we understood. In the end, the twin beds are together! The cleanness and accommodations are good and nice. This is an example of a really uncomfortable moment for the client that could easily be solved with kindness.

Struttura centralissima, praticamente attaccata alla piazza Maria Pita ed al lungomare. La camera ed il bagno erano spaziosi, puliti e comodi: peccato solo che la nostra finestra fosse su un cavedio interno. If I can’t ask the last question, let’s see what happens if we arrive with the dog, and then they just say yes and won’t admit it. We decided to stay at this hotel because of the price. It was one of the cheapest options we found, but required the least facilities, such as a private bathroom.

Deserving a three star rating rather than its actual two stars. Well located for the beach, clean pleasant rooms, friendly staff...there is only one negative, the lack of air conditioning. In fact just changing the room blinds so that you can choose to leave the window a little open for air and make the room dark at the same time would be sufficient. Don't know if the potato tortilla is home made or bought in, but in any case it's deliciously creamy and eggy, best tortilla ever tasted in a hotel breakfast
