Habitación doble muy bien. Personal de limpieza, estupendo. (Excepción: mejorable atención en recepción (según la/s persona/s). Cuando reservas habitación no permiten reserva de plaza de garaje hasta la llegada. Con lo cual...puedes quedarte sin ella (o elegir la que está fuera de normativas en medidas impidiendo entrar en dos plazas contiguas y ocupadas a la vez). Cierto que te derivan a un parking cercano con convenio. No es lo mismo. Falta de información previa a los obsequios que te ofrece el hotel. Ejemplo: las dos botellas de agua del mini bar, son obsequio. Resto no.

He esperado un mes desde mi salida, durante el mes de Julio en la web anunciaban restaurante abierto mediodía y noches, todas las noches cerraron, siguen anunciando Agosto abierto y está totalmente cerrado, esto es vergonzoso, ya que anuncie al hotel este hecho en Julio. Lamentable.

Al principio la habitación asignada con cama de matrimonio no nos convenció y solicitamos un cambio a una con cama doble donde nos sentimos como en casa. Toda la gente del hotel de 10 en particular Rosa que estuvo súper atenta con todo. Colchón y almohadas para poder tenerlas en casa y la ubicación del hotel simplemente espectacular. Hotel para sin duda repetir.

I had booked a room Doble Mini room and from the pictures you could see 2 velux windows and I was hoping to have a romantic time watching the stars even if the room was small. Instead I was given a standard room, street view on the first floor and told the one I had seen on the website would only be available the next day. In the shower there were two bottles of shampoo, one bottle of conditioner and none of shower gel. I had a note saying that the water was complementary but not water bottle was anywhere to be found in the fridge. TV: the Nextlix logo appeared but was told to use my own account. Room service: not available during the w.e, unbelievable for a 4 stars. The service was OK otherwise and room clean but definitely not what I expected and I stayed in better hotels around that area.

Habitación pequeña pero bien aprovechada y distribuida. El baño muy completo y cómodo, con ducha amplia y bidé. La cama muy cómoda y con dos buenas almohadas por persona para elegir grosor. Recepción y zonas comunes agradables. Si quieres parquing, no reservan con antelación, tienes que preguntar al llegar. Eso sí, el garaje es un poco justito, y se puede ver en las columnas que más de un/a conductor/a pasó un mal rato.

Beds with fantastic mattresses, as well as pillows, but this is a very personal opinion, we each like a mattress and pillow of different density. Simply fantastic, as a 4 star hotel should be. Super well located, next to the beach and right in the center to walk to any area. Great hotel with great detail, super friendly staff. The facilities are recently renovated and have a wonderful interior design, very natural and welcoming without losing that modern touch so that nothing is missing. We came to A Coruna to see the Torre de Hercules, before starting a 7 day hike on the Camino dos Faros (yes, we're lighthouse junkies). The Tower of Hercules lighthouse was awe inspiring - it's been there nearly two thousand years, and the interior is almost all original. And this hotel was perfect for us. A good location by the beach and waterfront. Easy walking to very nice restaurants - that locals use, not just tourists. We taxied to the Tower, and walked back on the beach promenade, about a half hour walk. The included breakfast was outstanding ... great selection, one of the best hotel breakfasts you'll ever get. They understand gluten-free if that matters to you. Our room was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind in every way. This is a great choice in A Coruna.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Good reception where José informed us how to park the car in the garage and the areas to visit in the city. It is well located in the city center and you can comfortably walk along the beach or walk to many areas. The room, on the fifth floor, is spacious as is the bathroom; Very clean and with change of towels. We requested pillows from the menu they have. It has a refrigerator and complimentary bottles of water. It has large windows and it is necessary to adjust the curtains well so that the morning light does not enter. As possible improvements: change bathtub for shower tray. Strong points: location, spacious room, refrigerator, complimentary water, pillows, bed mattress, on-site garage and friendliness of the staff.
