Très déçus par cet établissement 5 étoiles que nous avons trouvé nettement surclassé ! Chambre petite sans charme, salle de bain avec baignoire d’un autre temps, espace spa minimaliste, plats au restaurant quelconques et service voiturier avec un temps d’attente de 20 mns pour récupérer le véhicule le personnel etait aimable et attentionné par contre. Nous regrettons de nous être déplacés depuis l’Alsace pour un moment qui devait être d’exception !

L’hotel est agréable, la décoration soignée et le personnel souriant. Toutefois nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la commande de la télévision et le problème n’a pas été pris en compte. Le lit King size est composé de 2 matelas et il y a un trou au milieu de lit ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Ce qui est dommage pour un hotel 5 étoiles.

Nous avons passé un très bon We dans l'hôtel. La suite privilège est très bien. La demi-pension dans le restaurant le 5 était excellente. Petit dej et diner. Le seul bémol que je pourrais apporter c'est la propreté de la chambre. En effet mon oreiller était taché, et la porte intérieur des WC comporte pas mal de tâches. (saletés ou vernis, peu importe mais à nettoyer). Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.

El personal del hotel nos trató de maravilla, se encargaron de las reservas de las clases de esquí para los niños, del alquiler de los equipos y de las reservas en los restaurantes de fuera del hotel. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es perfecta.

Décevant Hôtel certes au cœur du village mais situé en cuvette sans vue sauf étriquée Chambre toute petite Le service est très adapté mais la propreté notamment au spa laisse à désirer et pendant l’intégralité du séjour un gobelet usagé a été laissé traîner sous les sofas de l’espace piscine reflétant l’absence de ménage Les magasines du spa, froissés et détrempés datent de 15j. Les velus fuient et goûtent sur les transats et relax du spa en mezzanine. Les salles de massage sont modernes et la décoration du spa faite de fleurs artificielles
