The hotel boasts a charming Japanese style, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Even the old-fashioned keys for the room doors were a delightful touch. The hotel offers both private onsen baths and a large public bathhouse. I tried both and actually found the public bathhouse to be cleaner. While the private baths provided good privacy, the pools themselves were somewhat small. Being surrounded by plants, I noticed some small insects and hair floating on the water. You're meant to use a net provided nearby to scoop these out yourself. It was quite dimly lit, and I worried I wouldn't be able to clean it thoroughly, especially since the net itself had holes. Ultimately, this was a bit off-putting, so I ended up preferring the public bath. But that's just my personal take. The hotel's meals were plentiful, but the taste was just average. Overall, I still really appreciated the hotel's aesthetic and found my stay very comfortable.

The environment is ideal
There is a private bath
Convenient for friends who have tattoos or are afraid*
But the location is relatively remote
The station is 10-15 minutes away
And at night the road will be relatively dark

I dare not sleep, I can't sleep, I don't know why I will set this hotel to torture myself. The space is very large, but there are several doors, especially afraid, the cabinet is full of bedding, air conditioning refrigerator exhaust fan is particularly noisy. The room I live in is on the far side of the road. There are windows on both sides. From time to time, the organic car blows up the street. It takes about five o'clock to fall asleep for a while.
I hope Trip.com don't go to this hotel anymore.

I booked a night on a Sunday night to catch the peak of the autumn leaves. It's in the best location in Arashiyama. Check-in and meals were quick and the service was very good. Both dinner and breakfast were just the right amount. I also used the large public bath, and enjoyed relaxing in the tub to warm myself up. I'd like to come back again.

The room is not big, with an area of more than 20 square meters, but it is very new, with an independent bathroom, two bunk beds and a single bed, which is just right for our family of five. Convenient transportation, Lawson is very close. There is a free washer-dryer on the first floor. The price-performance ratio is very high. Japanese hotels charge per person. We didn't know in advance how children are defined in Japan. When booking, we looked at Ctrip's standard that children under 17 are all children, so the three children did not choose their age. Ctrip assumed that the three children were all under 1 year old. However, the standards of Japanese hotels and homestays are chaotic. Some are under 3 years old, some are under 7 years old, and most are under 12 years old. Two hotels charge a lot of extra money, but fortunately Ctrip bears most of it. This hotel didn't ask us to pay extra. There is a Yoshinoya nearby, which tastes good.

Came here for the famous bridge. There is a pick-up service at JR Garden Station. The place is quite remote. The surrounding environment is first-class. The facilities are very old. There are no bathing facilities in the room. You have to go to the big bath, which is not very convenient. The private bath here is not a hot spring. Please note that the private bath is about RMB 150. The hotel in Arima is also very old. It is much better maintained than here. If you come here purely to experience the environment in the mountains, you can come. The hotel has no facilities to talk about.

It was a perfect experience. I came to Mount Takao during the cherry blossom season. There were not many people and it was very quiet. The maple trees in the mountains had just sprouted new buds. From time to time, there were a few tall cherry blossoms as white as snow. You can also see the cherry blossoms of various colors blooming on Mount Yoshino from a distance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The dinner is a Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine, and the breakfast has the famous local soup tofu, which are very rich and beautiful. The hotel faces the stream, and everything you can see is lush and green, a beautiful spring scene. During the day, you can walk to the three surrounding temples. The boss is very enthusiastic. When we went down the mountain, he took us directly to the Arashiyama tram station to continue the next trip.
Looking forward to coming again during the red leaf season!

There are supermarkets, drug makeup, convenience stores around, about 10 minutes' walk from Lushan Station. Three people live in this duplex homestay is simply cool, there should be some equipment, wifi air conditioning is very good, only the kitchen has some oil scale, but the problem is not big, give praise!

Arashiyama is located next to the Togetsukyo Bridge, making it convenient to visit various attractions in Arashiyama. There is also a % coffee shop next to the hotel. Although there are few hotels, the rooms are very elegant and the dining areas are very comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and will actively assist you every time you go in and out. The weather was quite cold on the day of check-in, so the staff took the initiative to bring you a blanket, and when they saw you wanted to take photos, they would take the initiative to help you.
The room we stayed in this time allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of Arashiyama while soaking in the hot springs, which was quite relaxing. 1

Except for the stupid size of the room, the rest of it really doesn't deserve to be called ”luxury”. When I checked in, there was a Southeast Asian girl at the front desk who was not very fluent in Japanese and English. She obviously booked three nights for three adults and one child, but she actually said that the child could not be accommodated. It took a long time to say that it was OK, and that the child did not include breakfast. , can't have breakfast. Not only the attitude is bad, but the communication ability is negative. Japan is really short of people. How dare you use such a front desk? I'm speechless. There are many inexplicable flaws in the design of the room. For example, the bed frame is the same color as the floor, but is much larger than the mattress, making it very easy to bump into. Overall, I don’t feel the sincerity of the design, and there is no sense of beauty. The photos are quite deceptive. I won’t come here again.

Amazing
Cchidcha_nokThe hotel is located next to Saga-Arashiyama station, very convenient for transportation. It is close to various tourist spots in the Arashiyama area. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. You can wake up early and walk to Arashiyama bamboo forest before the crowds come. The hotel is quite old. The room has complete facilities, except for the bathroom, which must be used in the public bathroom. The toilet in the room has a slightly bad smell, like it is not very clean.

CCLHChanThe hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid.
We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens.
For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks.
We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive.
The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area .

GGuest UserJapanese-style villa, very distinctive. Clean and tidy, details are in place. The location is very good, convenient to travel, walking to various attractions, Hankyu and Sapporo are also nearby, JR is a little far away. Warm reminder: Dinner in Busan must be earlier, otherwise all the shops will be closed.

IiambaoIt is just like an ideal society, where everyone uses public facilities with respect, and the facilities are still neatly organized and clean after use. It is a distance away from the city, suitable for tourists who come to Kyoto for a short stay and don't rush to the attractions. I will choose it again if I come to Kyoto alone next time.

JJoseph_yjyThe hotel is strategically located in the center of Lushan Duyue Bridge, 10 steps walk. The hotel is a Japanese architectural style, with a long history. The surrounding area is old buildings. The hotel bedroom is large. The bathtub and bath are all standard and dry and wet.
The hotel was very clean. The service staff were very caring and carefully wiped every piece of luggage.
The hotel's breakfast and dinner are also great, it is recommended and experienced, the restaurant environment, breakfast quality are very high, the key service is very considerate.

TTaurus1026The straight-line distance to Togetsukyo Bridge is very close, but because the hotel is surrounded by the river, you need to go around a small circle to get there. Apartment-style hotel, simple self-service breakfast, very suitable for sleeping, but there is no laundry service
