酒店有shuttle bus來回京都站，非常方便。去程還會經停三條和紙園。服務標準化，周到有禮貌，細節上有缺失（比如房間忘了放館內 衣，得自己打電話要，一開始還沒要到）。房間很大，床太太太舒服。佳水園真的漂亮，還能一路上山，秋天會更美。6樓有天然温泉，有按摩池，人不多，舒適方便的酒店，推薦。
