It's close to Kyoto Station, so it's okay to stay there if you're traveling a lot.
The room itself was spacious, but I went there expecting a view of Kyoto Tower, but I could only see Kyoto Tower diagonally outside the window (it seems to be different depending on the room location).
The room wasn't soundproof at all, so I could hear people talking in the hallway, which was hard.
On the day I stayed, people in the other room were talking in the hallway and knocking on my door, so I contacted the front desk and they responded right away.
I was grateful for their prompt response. The next day, the front desk staff apologized for the inconvenience.

Less than 5mins walk from Kyoto central exit. Mini marts nearby good location.
Hotel reception can pick you bathing amenities and even ask for extra pillows of different hardness.
Rooms are clean and quiet. Toilet abit small than those hotels in Osaka. Nearby bus stops to key attractions.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can even choose the kind of pillow you'd like for your stay, it seems! The room was very clean and the area is quiet. It's close to a big mall and a short walk to Kyoto Station. Easy to get to Gion and Nishiki Market as well. The room is a little small, but it's alright for a short stay
