首先離附近各大商場距離都不遠，有公交車地鐵等，去清水寺等很便捷，樓下還有life超市，房間很乾凈，包括一些設備的細節非常好，早餐很有特點，第一天入住房間會有浴鹽和麪膜，之後不會再有，房間會每天打掃，有礦泉水，但是好像沒有微波爐，另外自取的沐浴小樣每次去拿都被拿光了（雪肌精）。整體入住感受還是比較滿意，另外第一天辦理入住有個小插曲，服務員收取我們護照，辦理入住手續結束後應該告知我們，但是並沒有，我們等待了一段時間，也沒有迎賓飲料或者水，看到其他辦理入住的旅遊桌子上都有…我們很累很渴並且走進了酒店下午茶的地點，（check in 時間和酒店下午茶時間不沖突，是入住人員就可以使用）喝了一杯橙汁，收走我們護照的服務員走過來告知我們，check out 必須out 離開這裏……問題我們的護照在你這裏，辦理的是check in 服務員卻把我們趕出去 這個讓我感覺非常不友好 非常不友好 非常不友好 ！很不專業！

京都裏土滿酒店大堂環境優雅，早餐豐盛，晚上5點到8點還有品酒會，房間衞生三分離，還有二個洗臉盆,以後來京都還要入住

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's close to the downtown area and the bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel taking us to various tourist spots. The subway station is also close to the hotel. The room was very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. We appreciate the free drinks and snacks during the happy hours everyday. Thanks for a great stay.
