A very cute hotel, and the location is top if you want to walk around Gion, Sannenzaka and other areas on that side of the river.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English too. And they write a welcome card for you, how cute is that❤️
Definitely staying again, when I’m back to Kyoto!

The location is a little far from the station and the area is surrounded by love hotels, but otherwise there are no problems. The bread at breakfast was delicious. It is right next to Kenninji Temple.

I was scared on the first night. I checked in and went back to the room. After a short rest, there was a knock on the door. Before I could react, the door was opened and no one came in. I stayed abroad for 2 nights in a row with a scare.

The hotel itself is not bad, but Ctrip is really a scam!!! Booking directly with the hotel can save 70% and include breakfast; we are a three-person trip, and the triple room on Ctrip is more expensive than double + single, but when you ask the hotel offline, the price is very reasonable and cheap
Friends who are still planning to go must keep their eyes open

Location was perfect for exploring Gion, Ninenzaka, Yasaka Pagoda and Kiyomizu-dera. I stayed 2 nights. Room was clean but small. Still it was adequate for me with 3 cabin size luggages. Those with larger luggages may find it tight. Car park was limited and charged at 2000¥ a day. Continental breakfast was free. Coffee and tea machine was provided in the room too. Would stay again.
