Every waiter is very enthusiastic. Xiao Zheng at the front desk is very considerate and thoughtful. He will help us solve any problems. There is also a gym and swimming pool on the top floor. It is perfect for summer travel. I would also like to visit

Full marks, I will come again next time. It is next to the Meiji Emperor's Palace and a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It is quiet in the bustling city and very comfortable. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and considerate, and the room is spotlessly clean. Very satisfied. The breakfast is good and worth a try.

The receptionist was very kind and stood up and bowed to us every time we left.
It was great that we received a welcome dessert and could drink tea or coffee in the lounge's rest area, and that there were also facilities like a microwave!
It was also very easy to access from Kyoto Station, and although we traveled by car, parking in the surrounding parking areas was cheap and convenient!
It was a great place, so I would definitely recommend it.

Superb place, 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Central Station, magnificent room (101) with round bathtub overlooking private garden, super comfortable bedding (and I'm tired due to back problems), choice of typical or more European lunch , great caring staff!!!

I stayed here the past couple of days on a trip with some of my friends from college. This was one of the cleanest, quietest hotels in an excellent location in Kyoto, just far enough from the train station to be nice and quiet, but close enough to make it an easy walk to get around the city. The staff all exceeded expectations based on my previous experience at similar hotels. Every detail of the room was excellent. The shower had great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. The beds were comfortable but not overly soft. It was just an amazing experience. I highly reccomend this as a place to stay for your future trips.

Every staff is warm welcome and good service and I want to very feel thankful three women and two men; Chisako Kimura, Haruka Kawasaki, Maho Matsuba, Ren Nagai, and Naoki Yoshikawa. All of staff served us as like living at home. The breakfast is fantastic and the room is very wonderful. All facility are very best product as Mikimoto and best easy to use all.

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights & had the best time. The rooms here are beautiful with your own Japanese style garden view from bathe as well as bed & chairs. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the breakfast they made every morning (Kyoto style) was delicious. We really didn’t want to leave
