Great customer service. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the room provide the matcha green tea ceremony experience. The location is not ideal but the shuttle service helps a lot. It would be more helpful if they post the shuttle service on their website. I found the shuttle info via guest reviews. Overall, we had a great time staying this hotel. I would love to come back again.

Very nice and quite comfy with beautiful rooms. We had a spacious executive room, with all comfort and amenities. The hotel also has rental bicycles and a shuttle minibus to the city center. Our stay was really good there, will book again! I

High-end five-star hotels such as Osaka W Hotel do not charge children for breakfast! 2. The room is only about 2 meters high, it is very depressing in the room, and the ceiling cover is still open, it feels like someone will climb in, you can see the picture. 3. The sound insulation effect is poor, and the sound of walking upstairs can be heard in the room. 4. The room facilities are old, and the air conditioner can only be turned on 3 gears. It is cold when it is not turned on, and hot when it is turned on. It is impossible to adjust the temperature to the right temperature. 5. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom are shared large bottles, and the lid can be opened. Even if the previous person spits in it, the next person will not be found.
