ロビーに入ると海外の方が好きそうな京都らしい飾り付けがしてあり、お部屋も広くて綺麗で良かったです。スタッフの方にもとても優しくしていただきました。

お部屋はそこそこ広く綺麗です。近くの空き駐車場を探すのが大変だった。 近隣に夜楽しめる場所が少ないが、案内していただいた焼肉屋みよしさんがとても美味しかった。

Tôi đi cùng với vợ và con trai 3 tuổi.Giờ check in của khách sạn là 3pm, ở đây có khu vui chơi cho thiếu nhi tính phí 2000 yên/ giờ, tôi sẽ trải nghiệm. nhân viên tiếp tân rất nhiệt tình thân thiện, phòng game rất rộng giá là 1500 yên/ giờ. kế bên khách hàng sạn có siêu thị mini rất là tiện lợi

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the room is big. There is a convenient store nearby where I can but fresh fruit. Overall I like this hotel. There is a game room which my son really loves it. The decoration of the hotel is also very nice

We have been in Japan for a month which allowed us to visit quite a few hotels. This has been the best hotel in Japan. The hospitality here was amazing and they had a mochi pounding show for free. And they allowed you to also pound the mochi. You got to see it from the cooked rice up until they make the mochi by hand. And then we got to eat it! So interactive and they have a gaming room with drinks which was such a fun extra thing to do. Blankets and pillows were fluffy and comfortable, and it was very clean. On the TV you got access to YouTube, Netflix, and some other platforms to log into. I don’t mean to overhype cause I don’t want to set expectations too high, but for us, we definitely plan on returning to this hotel when we come back to Kyoto.

Nice and comfy and very new place. The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly But if you have to going out very early please tell the staff before hand, the hotel will lock at night but you can call the staff too if needed Would come again
