There were a lot of people, especially foreign tourists. I booked a deluxe twin room because there were no king-size beds. I asked the front desk if there was a king-size bed, and they said they would change it to a king-size bed. I thought it was the same room type, but when I got to the room, I found that the area was smaller than the deluxe twin room, and there was a wall outside the window of the room I was assigned, without any view. These should have been told to me in advance by the waiter when I changed rooms, but I didn't. The hotel is pretty cozy overall.

這次入住我們要十分感謝這個酒店的前台工作人員們 我們在入住當天乘坐新幹線來到京都 下車的時候發現有一個背包落在車上了 當時已經非常晚了 我們第一次在國外丟失東西，也不會日語所以非常的着急 在那天辦理入住的時候 迎接我們的是lucky 他會説中文 我們和他説了我們的遭遇 然後問他可不可以幫我們聯繫列車終點站找回我們的背包 他真的特別熱心負責 讓我們十分焦急的心情感到非常的温暖 他承諾會幫我們盡力尋找 第二天我們查詢到終點站的電話，當時我們已經在京都站確認過行李就在終點站 那天也是一個會説中文但是不是很流利的男前台幫助我們給終點站打電話確認行李郵寄訊息 第二天我們就在酒店收到了背包 真的很感謝這個過程中幫助我們的所有人 我們很慶幸遇到他們 這真的對我們的旅程非常重要 下次來京都這家酒店還會是首選
