The room facilities and the hotel environment are excellent, just like the style of Four Seasons. But this time, the experience of staying at Four Seasons in Kyoto was very bad! On the first night, I found a super big cockroach in the shower room! Because it was too late, I could only wait until the children went to bed before I went to the front desk for a simple treatment, and asked them to verify whether I could change the room the next day! At breakfast the next day, the tableware the waiter brought me was dirty! The customer service department sent a Mandarin-speaking customer service staff to deal with the cockroach incident. After briefly explaining the purpose of the visit, she asked us to go to the front desk to find her after breakfast. Then, another compatriot received us and said to take us to see another room. There was no smile throughout the whole process, and when answering our questions, she was also impatient! We didn't plan to do anything, but we were really angry with her, so we questioned her. We haven't felt any attitude of the hotel to deal with the problem so far! Instead, she said in a high-handed manner that we have promised to change your room, and the view of the room is better! It really subverted the high-end image of Four Seasons Hotel in my mind! And this is still in Japan's Four Seasons! It's so disappointing! I will never stay at Four Seasons Kyoto again
