I was surprised at how small the room was. The bed and pillow were hard, and my whole body ached when I woke up. It would have been great if the bed was small and the futon was fluffy.
About the bath
Many foreigners don't bring bath towels, probably because they think they are provided. Also, they don't dry themselves in the bathroom before leaving, so the changing room was soaking wet like water had been poured on the floor.
I think it would be a good idea to announce that 1) guests should bring a towel and 2) guests should dry themselves in the bathroom before leaving.
