Location was convenient and easy to find. The AC is pretty dusty, and I wouldn't say it's NOT clean but when we checked in we noticed some random hairs here on the bed and bathroom, and dust on the surface. The walls were a little thin since you could hear neighbors talking so prepare earbuds. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

A good hotel with comfortable rooms and a good location only 8 minutes from train station and 2 minutes from bus. Although my only complaint was rooms were clean but needed some attention to detail around the wash basin and shower i kept finding black hair I'm blonde and the floors could have been cleaner considering shoes aren't worn. I would recommend this hotel

The simple kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, pots and pans. The only drawback is that no dishes are provided, so you have to prepare your own disposable dishes. The hot water in the bathroom shower is hot enough, the water volume is stable and large enough, and the overall living experience is quite comfortable. The hotel's dryer really needs cleaning 😅 When I opened the clothes after drying, lint, hair and dust flew out.

English service is available, luggage storage is available (they also helped us put our luggage in the room in advance, which was great It is very close to Mibuji Temple and convenient transportation (Nijo Subway Station and Omiya Station) Although the room is small, the kitchen facilities are very complete, which is great!

The location is convenient. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes' walk to Kyoto Station, Kiyomizu Road, the aquarium, etc. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Nijo Castle. There is a shopping street with many small shops nearby. The service attitude is good and free storage service is provided. I can't contact the next hotel because there is a problem with my mobile phone. The staff provided me with their own mobile phone to assist me. Free tea and coffee are provided on the first floor. The hygiene and environment are good and well-equipped.

Nicely located for Nijo castle and only a few stops on the subway to the tourist spots of Gion etc. The bed was huge. So large in fact that there was little room for much else and we had to negotiate who was moving around the room as we couldn’t both so it at once! The room was well equipped with cutlery, crockery and a microwave as well as a kettle. It would be possible to self-cater here. However, we were supplied with only one set of towels, slippers etc, more towels were available at a price. We paid around £150 per night. For that I would expect enough towels for our three night stay. Felt a bit ripped off to be honest.
