Отличный отель! Очень большие номера, гигантская кровать, в номере было массажное кресло и джакузи) отдельное спасибо за такое количество ванных принадлежностей - есть все для ухода за телом, волосами, лицом) возле ресепшена можно было бесплатно взять соль для ванной (представленно несколько видов). Также есть различные вкусняшки - сухофрукты, попкорн и кукурузные палочки и тоже бесплатно. Номера чистые, уборка супер. На ресепшене отличный персонал. На крыше есть небольшой Онсен, по запросу забронируют для вас. Завтрак в двух видах - европейский и японский. Рядом с отелям есть маркеты, метро в 20 минутах ходьбы.
В общем, очень приятные впечатления от отеля:)

When we first got there, there wasn’t any staff at the reception, apparently to call them, you would have to pick up the phone on the front desk. Although the staff speak limited English, they are friendly and accommodating.
There was PLENTY of space in the room, being able to open 2 big luggage’s with room to walk around. There was the minor inconvenience of having to pack our belongings and put to a side for check out every day, and check in again.
The breakfast of 2 options (Western/Japanese style) was a tad bit too salty for our liking. We had the chance to utilise the roof top onsen, and which was quite a refreshing experience.
The location is 10/15mins away from the nearest train station, so not very convenient when we were pushing our luggages to the hotel.

The service was terrible. Even though I had paid in advance, it took a long time to check out, and I contacted the staff many times, but no matter how many times I said the same thing, they just said "it's the rules of the facility" and I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes.
It was also disappointing that although there was Wi-Fi, the network was poor.

If you need space the only way to go
It’s 15 min daily walk to Takeda station south of Kyoto station
It is out of the way but, the room is 4 times bigger than the typical Japanese hotel room for a reasonable price
Breakfast is its weak spot besides the location but, If you want a big bed a big bathroom, ours had a sauna and steam room a huge tv good internet
It is worth it
This is our 3 rd stay at one of the lotus sister Hotels
Our go to place in Kyoto
If you want to stay near arishiyama
Try hotel Sagano I don’t know if it is a sister hotel but same large amenities
