Facilities: quite complete, with a small kitchen.
Hygiene: OK, but the bedding provided is not very good, it feels not very clean.
Environment: Average, in a residential area, about ten minutes walk from Kyoto Station.
Service: OK, stayed for two nights, during which time the garbage was taken out and the bath towels were changed, that's all.
The most expensive homestay I stayed in during this trip to Japan. Kyoto hotels near Kyoto Station are ridiculously expensive, and there are no triple rooms. This one happened to have one, so I chose a suite with a surf bathtub. The bathtub was not used, but it was OK to live in.

The place felt far from the station during the hot summer, but it wasn't that far if the weather was good, and
it was really nice because it felt clean and luxurious from the entrance, and the front desk staff was also very friendly.
It was exactly as the picture shows,
and even though we had the sofa as a bed and stayed with 3 people, it was spacious and comfortable!

It was very clean and I was very satisfied! I think it would have been even better if there had been chairs in the smoking area. But I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you very much. If I hadn't had children with me, I would have liked to go to the bar on the first floor.

Room is clean and big enough for 4 people to stay. But the location is a little far away from Kyoto JR station and not easily to find. No staff after 18:00 and almost everything you need to handle by yourself.
