I like that the breakfast and dinner menus are different for a 2-night stay. The cypress steamed dish for dinner for 2 nights is much tastier than the 1-night stay.

The location is ok. I didn't book a private room, so I used the public hot spring. I went there to soak as soon as I checked in at 3 o'clock. The hot spring was good and the hygiene was good, but the food was average.

Service and location was very good.
Service was very pleasant and helpful with everything.
The hotel was right next to a train station which was convenient, and also next to the mountains with a beautiful view.
The room was ok, but there was a bad smell coming from the toilet room and the small fridge in the bedroom was very loud in the evening when we were trying to sleep.
Other than that it was a very good experience and the hotel itself is a beautiful Japanese resort with some very good and very warm onsen. Both private and public.
