The front desk service could be better. The couch in the room is a bit torn. Other than that, I enjoyed their location and decent breakfast! The massage chair is quiet nice.

There was a large public bath and we had a leisurely breakfast, so it wasn't bad, but I was a little concerned about the staff's attitude. When I arrived, I called out to the staff, but they were talking loudly amongst themselves and didn't notice me, which was disappointing. The staff thereafter also didn't smile much, and it felt a bit lonely.
The facilities were nice, with comfortable sofas and a stylish library, but there were some inconveniences, such as the elevator buttons being worn out and the locker keys in the bath area being broken, making them difficult to open and close. There were good points, so I would like to use it again, but I would like to see some improvements.

Hotel is good in overall. I am impressed with free drink times every day with some singers some times at night. It is a relax atmosphere for us to enjoy the times. Also, there is an area for the coffee-making by myself. Good to do it! Great!
