蟹料理は、2名で20万以上の間人蟹のフルコー スを頂き、流石にたいへん美味しく頂きましたが、スタッフに日本人がおらず、全て外国人のため説明が外国訛りで雰囲気は半減、ちょっと寂しいことです。 お部屋は3階の一番良いお部屋に泊まりました が、旅館としての「おもてなし」や「まごこ ろ」は、一切感じられませんでした。 昨今の経費節減もわからないではありませんが、 経費節減し過ぎで、お客様側の快適さなどを考えられていない事が随所随所に感じられました。 「旅館は女将で決まる」と昔から言いますが、ソフト面ではいくらでも工夫ができると思います。 チェックアウトの朝、我々一組しかおらず、玄関までは 5、6歩なのに、その場にいた女将さんの最後のお見送りさえありませんでし た。 私達はもう2度と行きませんが、これからの来客のために、旅館業のあるべき道をもっと勉強し、 真心で迎えてあげて欲しいと思います。
