Small hotel, clean located a bit out of the city. Close to a few small shops. About 15 drive to avenues mall. Rooms are small. Barely enough room to put out 2 suitcases. The most annoying thing is no power points beside the beds. The only real problem we had was the shower drain was very slow to drain. Probably wouldn't stay again as hotels close to the big malls are more appealing to me

I’m used to stay at this Hotel since 8 hours . This year I found that its completely different than before by everything, starting from the attractive new decoration till the management of the place . Even the caffe that exiting there naw become more elegant. I don’t need to go out searching for new hookah place. All in one place ( hookah, food, live music) everything is just perfect 🌹🌹 I need to send special thanks for mr. Osama Al Kotok for his supper great effort in changing this place to much nice attractive hotel specially week end they always have live show with singer including very delicious open buffet. Also mr. IBRAHEEM iSSAM for the nice arrangement of my brother birthday party, everything was just perfect. My best regards Dr. Laurna matar.

A get together for a group of 50 people with around 12-15 families was arranged at this hotel on a Friday evening. Though people travelled 25-35 Kms to reach this place. It was a pleasant surprise that in the middle of hustle and bustle of this city a calm area could be found with ample car parking spaces and every one could have fun. With a bit of planning this get together was made more interesting with some songs and dances from kids/ adults. It was a small hall but every one truly enjoyed the evening. The food was excellent, though limited choices for vegetarians. The Non vegetarians enjoyed the taste. The salads and desserts were colorful and plenty. Overall a good outing and what I heard was that people go there for a buffet on Fridays. Nice place do visit and enjoy. Need to appreciate the hard work put in by the staff to take care of the arrangements and keep the place clean after people finished there soups/ the salads/ main course and then desserts. Happy to share few pictures also.
Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City

I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was good, standard for a hotel of this kind. About the restaurant: Normally we don’t like these restaurants of the big hotels too much, but here we were surprised nicely. We got something although it was too late for lunch and too early for dinner, and they had several local dishes on the menu. We tried the chicken and lamb dishes and were happy with it.
