The rooms are so clean, stuff is very helpful with good English, they’ve helped us renting ski equipment as well. Highly recommended!

Clean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.

Staff are family & helpful. Have store room to place your skiing equipments at the ground floor, which near car park & shuttle bus. Common room r fully equipped, u can easily make a male. But room size is a bit small

I stayed for 7 days. On the third day, after the housekeeping came to clean, I found that my mobile phone charging station was broken. I plugged it into the socket before going out, and it was broken when I came back. I could use it normally for the first three days. I suspect it was the housekeeping that broke it, but I have no evidence! I had to buy a new one!

As a Chinese, it is painful not to have white porridge for breakfast😧 There is a kitchen on our floor, where you can cook by yourself. There is also a microwave, which is very convenient. In addition, there will be buses from the hotel to the ski resort. We are at Annupuri Ski Resort. You can ask the staff for the timetable. The hotel can pick up and drop off at the welcome center, which is also convenient. Overall, the accommodation experience is good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it, which is about 8 minutes' walk. There are also restaurants. It is not far from Kutchan Disadvantages: The sanitation is not perfect, for example, there is a lot of dust on the folding door frame of the bathroom that has not been wiped clean. I hope it can be improved

Although I checked the reviews, the location of the hotel is not in a ski center like Hirafu, but the review said that it is not far from Hirafu and the surrounding facilities are also good. At the same time, this hotel is also It was placed at the top of the hotel recommendation by Ctrip, so I booked it. When I arrived, I found that the room was very small and completely different from the look and feel in the pictures. Although it looked like it was not a high-end hotel, it was at least a Leisure hotel. It also had three stars, but the actual facilities were not like those of a youth hostel. The difference was that the bed was a spring bed and the hot water kettle was broken. In the winter, I wanted to leave the hotel early for this reason, but I had no choice but to prepay the room fee. But when I was about to go to bed at night, something even more outrageous happened. First, I found two hairs on the pillow. I opened the quilt and found blood stains on the sheets, so I urgently contacted Ctrip. Ctrip called the hotel's customer service number, but no one answered. It was already 10:30 in the evening, so I could only endure it and squeezed into a 0.8-meter bed with my mother. Both of us stayed awake all night. In the morning, Ctrip's housekeeper contacted the hotel for help. After waiting for a long time, he said that the reservation department would not open until ten o'clock. So our family stayed in the hotel and waited for the matter to be resolved. At almost eleven o'clock, the hotel people finally came over to check. The blood-stained sheets were later taken away and I said sorry and said I would contact GM to solve the problem. I also asked to check out early because the health and safety of this hotel was really bad. I contacted Ctrip and got a reply from Ctrip saying that the hotel said it had been taken away. My bed sheets were replaced with new ones, but the fact is that no service staff showed up again after that. Out of not wanting to waste time and the Chinese people's self-esteem being treated like this, I quickly packed my luggage and booked Sapporo after no proper reply. I went to the front desk to check out the hotel with my train tickets and luggage at 12 o'clock and contacted Ctrip. I hope to contact the hotel to arrange compensation according to the contract. The hotel has refused without reason and is still waiting for Ctrip to handle it.

There is a circular shuttle bus at the door to Hanazono Ski Resort and Hirafu Ski Resort, which runs every 20 minutes. It is very convenient. When you check in, you can reserve a hotel bus to take you to the Hirafu Welcome Center. The radiator is very powerful. Washed socks and other items were basically dry the next morning. The accommodation conditions are about normal, and the bathtub is slightly small. It is quite convenient to have a dining area equipped with a microwave, and the ski equipment can be placed directly in the storage room on the first floor. The hotel does not provide bottled water, only two bottles of welcome water are provided on the day of check-in. It is a 20-minute walk from Hirafu Commercial Center. We turned right and walked for five minutes to buy bento at 711. There is a Hong Kong-style hot pot next door to 711, which is said to be good.
