Nice room, highly recommended

The children were hungry. It felt very bad. Stayed for 2 nights, there was no cleaning of the room. The trash can is full and placed in front of the room in the morning. Pick up your own towel at the counter. Must stay 4 nights in a row to clean. In the middle of the room there is a table and 4 chairs. If you want to sleep, you have to put the table next to it and lay down 4 futons to fill the entire room. At a price of over 17,000 per night, if we had known beforehand, we would not have stayed. 5-star hotel, less than 10,000 baht per night, includes breakfast, very disappointing. Reported to trip.com, talked to the hotel, they said that it is Trip.com's policy to give coin compensation in coins of only about 4,000 baht. Bad experience with this hotel.
