The place is good, but they do not provide bottled water. If you consider Bisleri 1 liter at Rs. 20, some families with babies prefer good quality water. In the Agoda application, it is mentioned that water is free, but when I visited the place, I found that they categorize the water. The staff can be very rude at times. I explained the full details, but the reception manager was unable to understand. The desk staff need to improve their courtesy, as their behavior was rude, and they should learn proper manners.

Big resort to hang around and enjoy. Front desk staff is very good specially Gagandeep. The property is located on a hillock. The view from the resort is great. Nice rooms and delicious food. It has swimming pool and a mini golf course which serves as a great attraction of the property. Gazebo has its unique beauty in late evening.

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

The Hotel is good..services are good and fast..staff having friendly nature...only one thing I want to convey that order from rooms are very costly..Atleast price of some beverages like tea cofee should be low...The best thing is friendly nature of restraunant staff...one more suggestion that Windows have to be able to open so that fresh air can come in room when we want.
