They didn't mention that the Guest house is outside the hotel, need to pass by the beach to have access to the bar and restaurant... Feel completely forgotten, no room service, they make the room at 1:00PM ! So I had to do my own bed !
I lost my money by choosing this hotel, it's by far the most expensive and the worst compare to others hotel were i stayed.

Arrivée hier soir Pas de lumières Depuis 21h30 Sommes dans la chambre qui donne sur un hôtel en construction , il est 6h du matin, ils travaillent toujours Toute la nuit, des cris, marteau piqueur, des chants, groupe électrogène, lumière A banir pendant les travaux

Si je pouvais mettre 50 étoiles je le ferai l’équipe est absolument fantastique !!! De l’équipe des chambres aux jardiniers en passant par le service tout le personnel se plie en quatre pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour. De plus la cuisine est excellente et la décoration de l’hôtel est splendide . L’ambiance est conviviale on a l’impression d’être dans une maison de famille surtout avec les deux petites chattes adorables .

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel, nous étions dans la partie Deluxe room pool. Très calme au milieu des fleurs avec une piscine. Idéale pour les couples. Il manque juste une petite table et un porte-bagage dans la chambre. Un grand merci à tout le personnel toujours aux petits soins, toujours avec le sourire. Un merci spécial à Omar (très réactif en cas de problème) et à Joyce. Bon diner avec ambiance à la fin du repas. La mer est toute proche et est surprenante avec sa marée. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Quel merveilleux endroit au bord de l'océan , un hôtel de luxe a Bwejuu. Nous y avons passé 5 jours a la fin de notre safari en Tanzanie. Aucun meilleur endroit pour se ressourcer, tout y est parfait , propre, beau. Le personnel, du jardinier au serveur, en passant par tous les corps de métier sont attentionnés , sympathique et attachant. Merci a vous

we spent a week at Indigo Bay and it was excellent. Very quiet hotel and beach, good food and an incredible staff in service. On the day we arrived we had a problem in the room and Omar quickly solved the situation in the best way and did everything to make us feel good. In my opinion, only the bathrooms in the rooms need to be improved. Thank you Indigo Bay people for the days spent there Luísa

Bonjour, Nous avons été 15 jours en all inclusive. Jusqu'au dernier jour, tout était parfait. Le dernier jour nous devons rendre la chambre à 11heures (cela est normal). Lorsque nous avons mangé, l'hôtel nous a demandé de payer notre repas de midi car selon eux, nous avions redonner la clef de notre chambre et notre prestation (pension complète) n'était plus valable ! Nous avons dû insister auprès de la responsable en précisant que nous avions prix 15 jours sur place et en all inclusive et que cela n'était pas juste. Donc attention à tous. Mais vraiment dommage car autrement endroit tip top et l'équipe aussi.
