Great location really close to the Kasatsu bus station. Friendly staff although some of them are not fluent in English, they always try to provide the best service. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both top quality. One thing that was slightly disappoint is that we were assigned to a table with no view in the restaurant for both meals. So couldn’t enjoy the snowy view as we would wanted to during our meals.

The hotel is really nice, good location - 5 minutes from the bus station, close to the main attractions Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room is clean, comfortable and very warm. The food is very unusual for us but some of the dishes were delicios, especialy fish. We enjoyed the onsen!

A very good experience. Although most of the staff don't speak English, they are very friendly and provide good service. The hot spring hotel is very close to most attractions and there is also parking nearby.

[Hot Spring] There are few people, basically no one in the afternoon, and more people at nine o'clock in the evening. The water quality is very good! I feel very relaxed after the bath and sleep very well.

A short walk from bus terminal, room is nice, there’s only 2 indoor & 1 outdoor onsen (public female).
tried emailing them before the trip to add for 1 day dinner and 1 day breakfast, but they didn’t reply. so when I reached, I tried adding, after sometime, they manage to prepare for us. meals were great!
