This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

I have stayed in this resort hotel twice. Overall, the experience is good and worth recommending. The room is large, well-equipped, with a large balcony. I arrived at more than 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was someone on duty to take my luggage. This really deserves special praise!
