This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

This is my second stay. The hotel's hardware facilities are still intact and relatively new. This time, I was deeply impressed by Zhu Zhengyuan, the room service. After checking in that day, he went out for dinner and came back to the room. He brought a lot of water and thoughtfully laid a white square towel under my slippers. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also folded into a triangle. Few five-star hotels have been able to provide such service in the past 10 years. Very satisfied 👍
