出門在外，搜酒店攜程首選，這次路過崑山，入住金陵大飯店，酒店的服務令人印象深刻，無論是前台還是客房服務，總是盡力滿足客户的需求，得知我們入睡困難怕吵服務員於黎明立馬送上耳塞，因為是攜程客户，管家陳素英又為我們準備了酒店自製酸奶，急客户所急，想客户所想，酒店培養了這麼多優秀員工，讓每一位賓客都能感受到家的温暖，每一次入住都能成為難忘的經歷。願崑山金陵大飯店生意興隆，再創輝煌！

一整個大無語，提前打電話和酒店確認是否可以帶寵物，酒店前台和我説小狗可以，大型犬不行，所以才訂了這個酒店，半夜11點半到前台告知不能帶寵物，我要求調取錄音，前台支支吾吾，最終溝通了半個多小時才安排一間客房，進了房間一股煙味。真的是很差的體驗。
