My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's upgraded suite has a 270-degree balcony and a beautiful view. The buffet in the evening is good, the hotel service is warm, and I will stay there again in the future. The hotel is very close to the ancient town.

Children's toiletries and small bathtubs are available, which is very considerate. The hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a small children's playground on the second floor, some entertainment settings, and a rich buffet breakfast. There is a night Kunshan market downstairs of the hotel, which is suitable for shopping at night. Staying for one night gives me a good overall impression of the hotel.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.

After checking in that day, he went out for dinner and came back to the room. He brought a lot of water and thoughtfully laid a white square towel under my slippers. I checked into Room 3, which is in the middle. I arrived late, around 10pm. I was received by the security guard. I went in directly after I got my card, without registration. However, it's not an ideal choice when it's cold, because there are flying bugs outside the balcony on the lake. The bathtub on the balcony is covered with a tarp, and there are many flying bugs on it. It's said to be usable, but there are too many bugs, and the balcony outside is almost unusable. It feels desolate. It's tidy inside. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use. It's very quiet at night, which is good for light sleepers. The overall environment is good. The breakfast is really bad (as shown in the picture). The service staff served the one in the picture. There was no choice. I had a bowl of porridge. Yachts are definitely indispensable when you come here. You can rent a small yacht for 15 minutes for 350 yuan. There is also a BBQ. There are tables arranged on the outdoor lawn, and there are also camping tents set up. I asked about the price and it was 120 or more than 200 per person. The overall experience is okay. It's more suitable for coming when it's hot. Except for the breakfast they sent me away, everything else is okay. The service is average, and it can't keep up with the service of the room price. The check-out time for late arrivals is also 12 o'clock.

I stayed in an old house during the National Day holiday, and it was a little damp. ❗The most important thing❗The hotel deducted the deposit. This is the first time I have encountered this after staying in so many hotels. Overall, I feel sorry for the four stars. There was also a small episode. When I plugged in the USB port to charge, sparks appeared, causing all six rooms in the entire building to be connected to the power.
