低密度小區，小區環境幽雅，散步可方便出入古滇精品濕地公園。2室1廳近90平米，房間採光好，床上用品、廚具齊全，方便旅居。

客廳餐桌上有小蟲，卧室不知道是牀頭櫃還是衣櫃發出刺鼻膠臭味，淋浴房密封條壞了的，房間內有種長期無人居住的黴臭味。如果可以的話，以後還是儘量入住酒店，民宿的衞生、環境還是差太多。
