酒店房間的陳設確實頗有年代感，但整體乾淨衞生舒適。工作人員服務態度也好，初到酒店外不確定具體入口，詢問了安保人員，不但詳細解答還帶路；入住時未到入住時間，前台在確認房間打掃完成後即給辦理入住；出房門時保潔員看到後立即主動提示電梯廳所在位置；第一天外出回來時發現桌上多了一份水果拼盤和一套餐具；第二天回來時發現多放了兩瓶水（可能是工作人員看到我自己購買的水用完了）；另外，第二天回來時發現房間取電槽裏有一張卡，猜測是工作人員遺漏的，打算第三天退房時一起退還，在出房退房時剛好遇到保潔員，便轉交了可能是她遺漏在我房間取電槽的卡，保潔員隨即詢問表示開房間去驗收，欣然應允，前台退房微笑服務，交完房卡即結束。剛出酒店沒幾分鐘就收到按金退款。因此整體體驗還算不錯。
若要説缺點，可能是房門沒有常見的防盜鎖鏈和反鎖釦，至少在心理層面少了些安全感。畢竟出門在外安全第一嘛。最後，祝願貴酒店越來越好～！

Good hotel with good location only 10 minutes from subway station for visit to flower market & western hills by train. So it is very convenient. Taxi is inexpensive to go Old Street vicinity.
