Kunming Jinjiang Hotel Reviews

Really have a blessed day there I really appreciate it

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.

I could’ve booked another hotel for the last part of my trip, but this hotel was nice and had a good location, so I decided to stay here again. If I come back to Kunming, I would stay here again.

The service is excellent. The lobby manager walked with us to buy a birthday cake for our friend as we are not familiar the surounding. Also the welcome fruitsband dessert was excellent. Very pleasant stay.

Great location, grand hotel, walking distance to the railway station

Great location in the city centre, and walking distance to Kunming Railway Station. Lots of food joints around the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good within walking distance to the train station (about 5 mins) The breakfast at the revolving restaurant is very good - many varieties of food at a very reasonable price. The restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel also serve very good food. The front desk personnels are friendly and polite.

Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.

Near kunming rsilway station (1km), near south ring road metro(500m). 4 star hotel with good service, have good breakfast .the room is good , have all amentities you want.

Within walking distance of Kunming Train Station and South Ring Road metro station. Many f&b outlets in the vicinity, and tea shops, convenience stores, and a bus-stop where u can take Bus 31 to GuanDu Ancient City. Hotel room is clean, no cigarette smell, water and even yoghurt and oranges provided. Service is good. Bathroom door cannot close properly so water leaks out from a gap. Otherwise is perfect.

The room has a little smoking smell, and the staff allowed me to change to another room with less smoking smell.
