Qinghe Homestay

The location is very good, the room is clean, and the mattress is very supportive in a homestay, so I don't get backache after sleeping. The washing machine is slow. The facilities and disposable items in the room are sufficient, and the sound insulation of the house is also OK.

It's just a low-cost rental house, the bathroom is very bad, there are several safety hazards, the basic accommodation facilities are not complete, it does not meet the conditions for homestay sales, the accommodation experience is very bad, and the price is super expensive and there is no cost-effectiveness! Fortunately, the landlord's service attitude is good, which can be regarded as a remedy, but overall it can only be a real bad review! No way.

We stayed at Qinghe B&B, the first stop in Kunming. The boss was very nice and shared with us a detailed travel guide and souvenirs. The children liked this style of room very much. There were many plush toys and the swing chair was very comfortable. The mattress was too soft, which was not very comfortable for people with bad waist. I suggest that the boss can change the mattress to a slightly harder one, which will be more comfortable. Haha, the overall feeling is OK. It is in the center of Kunming and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The service is good, and they provide slippers for children. However, the room is a bit old, some facilities are damaged, and there are too many fluffy things (dolls, bed cushions, blankets, etc.) for the sake of appearance, which is relatively unhygienic and not very friendly to people with rhinitis.

The room is clean and tidy, very warm, the boss is very attentive and nice, the environment and air are good when you come to Yunnan, the boss here is nice, I highly recommend coming here, it feels like home.

The inn is in a good location, and it is convenient to play and eat around. The landlord is warm and friendly, provides detailed travel guides, gives free souvenirs, and provides free luggage storage service. It is cost-effective.
