The homestay is clean, tidy, complete facilities, the owner is very kind, picked us up at 4 am because we were confused about the direction to the hotel, the owner is very friendly and very helpful, we asked about halal food and was immediately given the location on the map, close to Kunming railway station only a few minutes walk, for an affordable price the quality is very good, the night view is very beautiful from the 25th floor

Great location - easy to get to and from Kunming Railroad Station. Tons of casual, local restaurants (recommend the stir fried er se at the place on the corner) and convenience stories nearby. Room was small but immaculate and had everything I needed. Was even able to do laundry and leave my bags the next day after checkout and pick them up before my train. You have to meet with the owner to get in the first time but it was easy.

From the train station it was a short walk, less than 10 minutes
I arrived late but the manager helped me arrive and get WiFi set up.
The room is small, but I think it is good value for the money. Everything is new, and well stocked - hair dryer, tv, soap, tissues, shower, toilet, air conditioning, bottled water.
The manager has also been very helpful figuring out where to go for food and using payment and navigation apps.
The room I booked is great for a short stay for one person but would be too small for two people

The room is small, but upon closer inspection the decoration is very new and clean. The hot water can last for a long time, and there is even warm air. Thank you boss for coming down to pick me up. Close to Kunming Railway Station, you can follow the owner's video to the B&B.

Unique experience of staying in this unit with view of the train station and the night scene and interesting gadgets that are quite advanced installed in the room, for modern living. Make comfortable stay for my 2 nights here.
