房間較新，設施也還好，在民宿中算好的了吧。紅土地景區尚在開發中，好幾個景點沒有正式道路，是原本土路，不平整不夠安全。

房間設備齊全，標準間和3人間都是1米5的床，很舒適，餐飲服務很好，老闆娘自己燒的菜很可口，還免費讓我們到老闆弟弟家吃殺年豬飯。

這個民宿是在東川紅土地景區裏，一共四層，沒有電梯，院子很大方便停車，老闆人很熱情，還幫忙洗車子，拿行李箱，我們吃的菜都是老闆菜園裡自己種的，這樣的民宿還是很不錯的，房間衞生也很乾凈。
