Unexpected location where it located in the peak of the hill with the challenging trails. But the view very nice because you stay at the peak of hills 😂 Kinabalu mountan very clear. The front desk helpful but wifi so bad coverage

Poor customer service , road towards hotel was terrible ,
Room was really dusty upon check in , we had to check in after 7pm so nothing much could be done.
Woke up at 6am to a great view of Mount Kinabalu but then had no water to shower from 7am - 9am ,
Had water after that which came in dirt color, I was given keys to another room , just to shower.
I immediately asked for check out , no refund given, nor was I asked why I am check out 1 days before.
Overall , I score the stay 4/10 , those who appreciate view , can stay , those who expects clean hotel rooms with view, sorry this place is not for you

Hotel located slightly far from attractions area. Grable Road and ensure your car is safe and maintained before enter the driveway.
I am staying at Kinabalu View Room. The view in the morning is really beautiful ❤️
Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in this area with a great view and a comfortable stay, I’d definitely recommend.
