There is no WiFi, the cell phone signal is also poor, there is only one channel on TV and it is full of snow, the hot water takes half an hour to boil and can only be used for less than 5 minutes, the sockets are loose and can't be used, there is a damp and rotten smell in the room, there are blood stains on the quilt, the towels are yellow and black, and there are no toothbrushes and other utensils. The location is halfway up the mountain, the wind is very strong, and it is a bit cold at night, but it is very close to the dairy farm and the mountain. The ONLY thing good is the view. The location is highly inconvenient as there isn’t any convenient stores nearby. You need transport. There is no air conditioning and the water heater is a bit unstable.
The meals at the restaurant aren’t great. The hotel staff are not very conversant in English, but they do try their best. Walking up and down the slope of this resort is tiring.

Mount Kinabalu at 6am will really surprise you😲
We live on the highest floor,
When you open the door and look to the left👀, you can see the whole Mount Kinabalu, and there are no wires or anything else blocking your view of taking photos😍😍😍
When you open the door and look to the right👀, you can see a sea of clouds, and the wind is really comfortable and cool🥶
But there are a lot of small insects in the room, and the bed sheets are not very clean, so they itch..😂

The toilet is so old! The outside of the house should be renovated even if it is not renovated! A lot of equipment is broken! How can I put it...it is more suitable for the local Malays to live! If it were me... I would never come back to this hotel again! !
