The location is great as its very near to the town/night market. Room is good as it come with hot water and quit spacious. We got pond view room. Very good. But, the hot water need to wait for next people to use as it might needed to re-heat back. As u are in cold places, the hot water need to be always available as soon as possible. The management can improve this. Other is ok. Good.

There is no mountain view.. because in front of the room there is another room that messes up.. this hotel is close to Kundasang roundabout and Kundasang town... p
