The villa is clean and spacious. It's conveniently situated near popular site such as Desa Daily Farm. Perfect for relaxion and nature appreciation.

Nice mount kinabalu view and quiet stay as it is located further from the other villas (longer drive to arrive at the villa). The open/outdoor kitchen together with car porch downstairs is weird and unhygienic as it attracts many flies when we cook. Some kitchenware like frying pan is old/ rusty, we contacted the staff and they are super responsive and brought a new pan over immediately so overall service is good.

Nice cozy room with the Mount view, space is just nice for two.
The hotel/villa is located in a remote area but the environment is comfortable and with great view.
Parking space is available and bbq amenities are provided too. The only thing that needs to be bring up and improve is the water pressure and temperature of the water heater, the water is warm but the water pressure is terrible. The outflow of the water is so slow and it is a hassle to have a proper bath with the heater.

The villa is a bit far than other but really worth the stay, the ambient and the view is superb, the villa is clean and cozy too. Will stay again if have chance to visit Kundasang again.

Location a bit deep inside, overall structure is thin wood panel instead of concrete so can hear everything ur next door did.
Toilet is clean and nice, bed also not bad, just that no Aircond in the room, night is ok day time a bit hot

Very nice view just outside our villa! Can see Mount KK! Despite alot of flies because it's near to the vege farm.

It's still new and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic. A deposit is required upon check-in, but it will be refunded within two days.

Place is newly built, weather was good up there. Definitely will go again for a relaxing getaway
