Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

Our stay at was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the resort's undeniable beauty. The grounds are meticulously maintained, offering lush gardens, stunning lake view and a truly tranquil atmosphere. It's clear that a great deal of effort has gone into creating a visually appealing and relaxing environment for guests. The accommodations was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, spotlessly clean and provided a perfect sanctuary. We found all aspects of the resort to be of a high standard, from the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist, to the well-maintained facilities. A particular highlight was the breakfast. The spread was generous, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options .It was the perfect way to start each day, and the quality was consistently excellent. The only area where the resort fell short of perfection was in its culinary offerings for cocktails and other meals beyond breakfast. While certainly edible, we found both the cocktails and the main meals to be rather average. They lacked the distinctive flavors and creativity we had hoped for, especially given the overall high quality of the resort. Despite this minor drawback, we would highly recommend Gokulam for anyone seeking a truly beautiful and relaxing getaway with excellent services.
