The visit was our second time. The experience had degraded significantly. Doors were malfunctioning. Toilets were not clean. We ordered lunch at 12, the staff mentioned that the kitchen will be only open at 12 30 and they can serve us at 1. We didn’t receive until 1 45, when we clearly had asked them not to delay since we had a child. Hoping the staff will take this review seriously and make amendments.

Excellent place. Great ambience. I’ll recommend taking the private pool villa for an anniversary getaway for couples. The place was kept well sanitized and maintained. The food taste and quantity was really worth the amount paid. Shikara ride is also a must try activity. We had a memorable time on it.

Situated on Vembanadu Lake's banks in Kumarakom, the hotel provides a tranquil retreat with natural backwater surroundings. Our accommodation featured a serene landscaped garden and private courtyard bathroom. The hotel's pool overlooks the lake, and the buffet restaurant offers an impressive selection of tasty cuisine. This hotel does not serve alcohol.The room was spacious with all the amenities you would need.

We had a great stay at Abad Whispering Palms. The property is well-maintained with neat, clean rooms, and the bamboo villa was spacious and exceptional. The infinity pool was fantastic and enjoyable for everyone, not just the kids. The food was delicious, and though we faced a rare technical glitch with the room, the manager Jiby was kind enough to compensate appropriately for the discomfort caused. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place. The staff were courteous and made the stay even more enjoyable.

A real holiday trip. Loaded with full energy and sweat memories. very spacious clean room. Well maintained property. All From GM to housekeeping staffs are very polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast and very pleasant environment inside the resort. I sincerely thank all who made my vacation happy🙏

Good ambience and very good service.i will suggest it for my friends and family.we enjoyed alot.my children were very happy.the food was excellent .the pool area and the backyard was too good.we enjoyed the boating and sunset.the instrumental music was supperb

During October 2023 I stayed here with my family for 2 days. Room was very clean, I got a room just in front of the lake so view was awesome. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic. They even arranged a boat ride for us which was an added benefit. Food was also great. I had absolutely great time staying here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
