Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at
Good quality is good and service was good
Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

Very good mosquito proofing. Very good food. Nice bharat Natsumi and moving attam. Vembanadu lake was very picturesque place, and the boating was superb. Food was always good and we could have food prepared according to our taste. The hospitality shown was superb.

Walk around the property is indeed enthrilling. (Specially in night). Swimming pool experience is great. ( one can enjoy drinks in water falls) . Cuisines are delicious with personalized service. Evening classical dances are mesmerizing. All in all , it is worth a repeat

The accomodation was fabulous and we were extremely impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Special thanks to Priya and Visal for the pleasant welcome and support extended during the entire stay. Art lesson by Nobel was very good and a memorable learning experience.

My family and I had a great experience at Taj Kumarakom. Priya, Visal and the rest of the of the Reception/front desk team offered us their warm hospitality, genuine local recommendations, and ensured we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms provided were spacious, clean and comfortable. I would certainly visit again! Thanks to chef Manoj and his kitchen staff for engaging with us and sharing some of their special Keralan recipes, and also to Noble for his wonderful art lesson!

I would infact rate the property a six sigma. Special thanks to Priya, Vipin and Manoj for advising the correct things and making this vacation a memorable one. Restaurant served perfect local cuisine and Chef Manoj even made Banana Fry for us which was not in the menu. Also the egg benedict was the best I ever Had with perfect buttery Hollandaise Sause.

The resort is very beautiful and nice lagoon view cottages. Food is Exceptionally good. Amazing service., very nice hospitality. Enjoyed the welcome by priya and her team. They allowed us for the late check out. It was a great experience!!! Would love to come back again.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH ETRAODINARY STAFF. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING ON EARTH TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. MR MAYANK MITTAL GM OF THE PROPERTY LEADS FROM THE FRONT INTERACTS WITH ALL THE GUESTS TO ENSURE THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. THE RECEPTION TEAM NOYAL JACOB, PRIYA AND GAYATRI WERE SUPERB AND VERY HELPFULL FROM THE TIME WE ENTERED THE PROPERTY. MR MOHIT PANDEY EXECUTIVE CHEF AND HIS TEAM MALAYALAM AND NIVAS WERE THERE TO FUFILL ALL YOUR NEEDS REGARDING THE FOOD. SMITHA WAS MAKING AMAZING TEA AND FILTER COFFEE WITH A SMILE CONTINOUSLY. MR VIPIN, SURESH, SANDANAM, AMAL, ALAN, AKSHAYA, THEJA AND NICKE WERE THERE TO SERVE US ALWAYS AT THE RESTURANT. VISHNU AT THE POOL WAS SUPERB. SUJINA AV IN HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY HELPFULL. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENE WAS AMAZING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR A PERFECT VACCATION.

The most serene Taj resort. We were very well taken care by all the staff (Chef Manoj Pandey, James, Aravind and all other members at the restaurant, housekeeping, spa). It was overall an awesome experience. Special food arrangements were made on request. Very courteous staff.
