Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at

Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

The location, the food, the hospitality, the room, the services everything was 5/5. We travelled with our pet and the staff was really welcoming and attentive to its needs. You guys are the epitome of what the best of hospitality has to offer! Both of our rooms - The lagoon view villa and the Lakeview villa with private pools were really spacious, and beautifully located! It is quite and peaceful throughout the day.

Excellent stay at Taj. The property is beautiful, and every staff member pays great attention to the guests. We were kindly upgraded to a villa room, which had a beautiful lagoon view from the balcony. Mr Ajay showed us some neat magic tricks during evening tea. Our massages at the in-house spa were incredible. The pool staff was super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend to all.

Our visit to the place gave us an awesome experience. It's too close to nature. Very peaceful and calm environment which is difficult to find now a days.

A peaceful and tranquil Resort set in the most stunning Backwaters. We had the most enjoyable and restful experience at the end of a busy tour around South West India. From arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and relaxing which continued throughout our stay which makes for a very tranquil holiday. Special thanks to Vinpugal, Femi, Alan and Ajay who gave us a very personal and warm service each day.

We were a big family of 8 and 2 kids and had a wonderful time at Taj . - The rooms are neat and clean with beautiful views. The water bodies surrounding the places adds to the beauty. - They have many activities available for the guests . - the cuisine are well selected and tasty . - but the most notable was the customer service , which was top notch which made our stay even more pleasant . To that I would like to specifically mention The Manager Mr.Vinpughal and activity manager Mr.Ajay . Overall I give a 5 star rating to the place .
