Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at
Good quality is good and service was good
Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

The exec chef and his team made our stay comfortable and very very enjoyable. The house keeping is always at your service. The hospitality is unmatched be it the F &b or the front desk. Everyone smiles and obliges regardless of what the request is. We will be happy to be back

I had a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at the beautiful Taj property. The serene ambiance and attention to detail made our visit so enjoyable. A special mention to Ajay, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was incredibly warm and engaging—keeping our kids entertained with a fun magic show and games like carrom, and even capturing special moments through photos. He also recommended a visit to the water lilies spot, which turned out to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve seen. The entire staff was very helpful and made our stay extra comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Good overall experience - Rooms: nice, large spacious and built in old kerela style home style. We were in room 35 & 36; Well maintained and as per Taj standards. Food: Chef Subin was extremely nice and curated a meal for us, which was delicious and perfect for our taste. We had 4/5 meals (besides breakfast) and the food was delicious. The only thing which was a bit of a dampener for us was the afternoon tea and snacks - we didn’t enjoy it on 2 of the 3 days - maybe the local kerela style tea was not to our liking! Service: overall very nice service, but on a couple of occasions missed the “tajness” in the service. Eg: we asked for a buggy from our room and that didn’t come for 15 minutes and came on reminder by which time we had started walking with the umbrellas. The buggy wasn’t a covered one and the attitude of the driver wasn’t “Taj-like”, so we just skipped the buggy and walked to the restaurant; the house keeping staff were super. On one occasion when we went out for the houseboat ride, we had asked for the room to be cleaned- but when we returned, the housekeeping staff came and advised that they couldn’t clean as they didn’t have the master key (earlier guest had taken away the spare key). What I loved was the staff knew that our ride would end at 2 and he was there waiting for us and offered to clean; we told him that we wanted to rest then and would get it cleaned later - when we went for tea at 4:30, he was at the restaurant and reminded us again - loved this attitude! This is what is tajness! Check in was smooth;
